Project Manager - Digital IIoT & CyberSecurity

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring a Project Manager for its Digital IIoT & CyberSecurity team in Bangkok, reporting to the SEA PMEM (LCS) Manager. The role manages and leads major local projects, drives business objectives, runs project reviews and ensures project execution excellence, covering KPIs such as on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, change orders, service contracts and key vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control and manage major customer projects requiring significant skills and resources, delivering IIoT implementations, smart factory upgrades and industrial automation projects on time and within budget.
• Integrate cybersecurity into embedded security protocols across connected industrial devices, edge computing platforms and cloud environments.
• Ensure digital solutions comply with standards such as IEC 62443, NIST and local data protection regulations.
• Manage multi-function, multi-vendor efforts and define risk identification and mitigation processes with stakeholders.
• Define and manage change control and quality assurance processes.
• Manage project activities using an industry-standard project management approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; further education in project management is desirable.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in IT and/or OT projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex customer projects and extensive direct customer contact.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Excellent English communication skills and conflict resolution skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with IIoT, cybersecurity domains and industrial networks.
• Proficiency with Agile and traditional project management methods, blended as needed.
• PMP certification desirable; cybersecurity-focused credentials also valued.
• Preferred: experience in MES projects, Rockwell Automation technologies, managing subcontractors and 8+ years managing projects.
