Project Manager - Digital IIoT & CyberSecurity

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring a Project Manager for its Digital IIoT & CyberSecurity team in Bangkok, reporting to the SEA PMEM (LCS) Manager. The role manages and leads major local projects, drives business objectives, runs project reviews and ensures continuous improvement in project management and execution excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control and manage major customer projects requiring significant skills and resources, delivering IIoT implementations, smart factory upgrades and industrial automation projects on time and within budget.
• Integrate cybersecurity into embedded security protocols, edge computing platforms and cloud environments, and ensure compliance with IEC 62443, NIST and local data protection regulations.
• Manage multi-vendor, multi-function projects and define risk identification and mitigation processes with stakeholders.
• Manage change control and quality assurance, and use an industry-standard project management approach.
• Handle KPIs such as project execution performance, risk management, margin control, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, change orders and service contracts, and maintain key vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; further education in project management is desirable.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in IT and/or OT projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex customer projects and extensive direct customer contact.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment, resolve conflicts and communicate in excellent English.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Preferred: PMP certification, cybersecurity credentials, MES project experience, Rockwell Automation technology experience and 8+ years managing projects.

Required skills

• Familiarity with IIoT, cybersecurity domains and industrial networks.
• Proficiency in Agile and traditional project management methods, blended as needed.
• Experience reviewing documentation for assessments, audits, design and implementation projects.
