Project Manager – MEP (Buildings & Data Center)

About the role

Join Aurecon's Buildings business in Bangkok as a Project Manager overseeing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects for buildings and data centres. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams, manage project delivery from concept through construction, and act as the primary liaison with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects from initial design to construction completion and final review.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for client teams.
• Lead and coordinate a large, multi‑disciplinary team of engineers, designers and drafters across mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, security, architectural and ICT disciplines.
• Produce design documentation including detailed drawings, specifications, calculations, BIM models and reports.
• Chair internal and external design meetings and manage project budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback.
• Support workload management, resource forecasting and proposal preparation.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, reports, specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify business development opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary engineering design teams.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering project management principles.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and stakeholder expectations.
