Project Manager - Product Marketing

About the role

Tencent's Level Infinite, its global gaming brand and game publisher, is hiring a Project Manager based in Bangkok to support product marketing initiatives for mobile and PC game titles in Thailand. The role coordinates marketing campaigns, game launches and live-service updates by aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and experienced in managing marketing-driven projects in fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of product marketing projects, including game launches, updates, live-service campaigns and seasonal events.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams such as marketing, creative, community, PR and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and milestones for marketing initiatives.
• Track project progress, identify risks or dependencies and resolve issues proactively to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Support product marketing teams by managing deliverables, approvals and asset readiness across channels.
• Ensure campaigns align with product positioning, messaging and global and regional brand guidelines.
• Lead post-campaign reviews and documentation to capture insights and improve future executions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably supporting product marketing, publishing or campaign-based teams.
• Experience working on marketing campaigns, product launches or live-service initiatives.
• Experience in gaming, mobile apps or digital products is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using project management tools is a plus.
