Quality Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Quality Improvement Specialist will support Enerflex’s HSEQ team in Thailand by evaluating and enhancing quality‑related processes across the organization. The role focuses on ISO compliance, digital integration and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, design future “To‑Be” models and implement improvements to reduce waste, cost and cycle time.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 applications such as Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate into business workflows.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by simplifying and automating processes.
• Conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Develop dashboards, visualise data and maintain process change logs.
• Participate in internal quality and process audits, track non‑conformities and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, Data Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality process management, quality engineering or data analysis (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience using Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, SAP (basic) and LINE Official Account.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools, workflow systems and Canva.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and ISO 9001 internal auditing is advantageous.
