R&D Engineering Material Laboratory Internship (Power Solutions)

About the role

Join Bosch’s R&D Engineering Material Laboratory in Rayong, Thailand, supporting the Power Solutions division. As an intern you will work closely with R&D engineers on material science projects, helping to test, analyse and report on automotive‑related materials.

Key responsibilities

• Assist R&D engineers in material science and engineering activities.
• Prepare specimens and support testing for material characterization.
• Conduct material analysis using laboratory equipment and standard test methods.
• Analyse test results and draft technical reports.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and maintain effective communication.
• Contribute to laboratory management, 5S activities and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Material Science or Engineering.
• Interest in material failure analysis and investigation.
• Fluent in Thai and good command of English.
• Internship duration of 6–12 months.
