Regional Application & IT Support Officer

About the role

The Regional Application & IT Support Officer ensures smooth operation, uptime and continuous optimisation of core business systems across the region. The role combines application support for internal users with secondary technical assistance for office IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyse and resolve technical bugs and functional issues in core business applications.
• Conduct daily health checks, monitor error logs and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with the global applications team to perform user acceptance testing for new features and upgrades.
• Write and execute PowerShell, VBA or Python scripts for quick fixes, ad‑hoc queries and automation.
• Maintain the technical support knowledge base and manage application access requests.
• Provide end‑user support, manage workstation and mobile setups, and handle onboarding/off‑boarding workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support experience, or a recent graduate with strong programming fundamentals.
• Fluent in Thai and English; French is a strong advantage.
• Tech‑savvy, growth‑oriented mindset with eagerness to learn new enterprise platforms.

Required skills

• PowerShell, VBA, Python scripting.
• Microsoft SQL query writing.
• Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Basic knowledge of FortiGate firewalls and network topologies (Wi‑Fi, LAN, IP phones).
