About the role

Thai Glico is looking for a senior leader to own the external manufacturing strategy across the ASEAN region. This hybrid, full‑time position combines strategic ownership with tangible impact, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

Define and drive the regional OEM partner strategy.
Advise senior leadership on manufacturing and supply decisions.
Lead cross‑functional teams to implement OEM initiatives.
Ensure alignment of external manufacturing activities with corporate objectives.

Required profile

Proven senior‑level experience in OEM or manufacturing strategy.
Demonstrated ability to lead regional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
