ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบการพัฒนาและออกแบบสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ในกลุ่มเบเกอรี่และเครื่องดื่มภายใต้แบรนด์ Kudsan และ Bellinee's โดยเป็นเจ้าของกระบวนการวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) ตั้งแต่ขั้นคิดค้นจนถึงการขยายขนาดผลิต

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

พัฒนาสูตรเบเกอรี่, อาหาร หรือเครื่องดื่มใหม่ภายใต้แบรนด์ Kudsan และ Bellinee's
เป็นเจ้าของกระบวนการ R&D ครบวงจรตั้งแต่คิดค้นถึง Scale Up
ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิตและ Merchandise เพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ออกสู่ตลาดจริง
สรรหา คัดเลือกและทดสอบวัตถุดิบใหม่ร่วมกับฝ่าย Merchandise และ Purchasing
จัดทำคู่มือมาตรฐานสำหรับการผลิต
