Resort Operation Manager

About the role

Aldibel L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Resort Operation Manager to join its team in Bangkok, Thailand. The manager oversees all aspects of the resort's daily operations, ensures exceptional guest experiences and drives operational excellence. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily resort operations across all departments, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency and maximise revenue
• Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse team of staff members
• Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness and safety
• Manage budgets, control costs and analyse financial performance
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve interdepartmental communication
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards and company policies
• Inspect resort facilities and equipment regularly
• Analyse guest feedback and market trends to improve services and offerings
• Take part in strategic planning and long-term business development

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in resort, hotel or hospitality operations management
• Proven leadership and team management in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
• Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken)
• In-depth knowledge of Thai labour laws and regulations
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and irregular hours
