About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team of a freight forwarding company by preparing accurate freight quotes, tracking shipments and ensuring smooth communication with carriers and clients.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and issue freight quotations for customers.
Track shipments and monitor delivery status.
Coordinate with carriers to arrange transport and resolve issues.
Maintain client records and ensure timely delivery of services.
