Sales Executive - Agriculture

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive business growth and develop customer relationships for agriculture‑related services within the Commodities, Trade & Development (CTD) business line of Bureau Veritas in Bangkok. The role combines sales, marketing, key account management and business development to expand market presence and generate new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell agriculture services such as inspection, testing, certification, fumigation and pest control.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in agriculture, grain, rice and related commodity sectors.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
• Conduct contract negotiations and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in rice, grain, agricultural commodities, BOI‑related businesses and liquid cargo.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to increase market awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Participate in industry events, trade exhibitions, seminars and conferences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, food science, business administration, marketing, international trade, logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 2‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management or customer relationship management.
• Experience in agriculture, commodities, grain trading, inspection, testing, certification or logistics is preferred.
• Proven ability to handle B2B customers and key account management.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
• Valid driving licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively.
