Sales Promotion Staff – North West (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Sales Promotion Staff will be responsible for managing sub‑dealers across the North West region of Thailand, including Chiang Mai, Lampang, Lamphun and Chiang Rai. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, executing promotional campaigns and building strong relationships with dealers, sub‑dealers and key farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sub‑dealers across the designated region and conduct regular visits to drive sales performance.
• Execute promotional campaigns, generate sales and farmer reports, and provide updates to senior promoters.
• Develop and maintain an effective network of dealers, sub‑dealers and key farmers.
• Carry out field activities and demand‑creation initiatives, supporting the senior promoter in the area.
• Prepare and submit market information reports to senior sales management.
• Strengthen relationships with sub‑dealers and key farmers while supporting teamwork within the business unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agronomy, crop science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of field experience in the agricultural or seed industry.
• Fluent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Strong field execution abilities and willingness to work outdoors.
• Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving licence.
