Sales Representative I

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an entry‑level Sales Representative to promote and sell its healthcare technology products within an assigned geographic area. You will build relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals while contributing to the company’s mission to improve patient lives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and strengthen long‑term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services.
• Conduct market research on customers and competitors.
• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams such as R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s Degree with 2+ years, OR Bachelor’s Degree with relevant sales or clinical experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Ability to work on smaller, less complex accounts with a focus on achieving individual sales targets.
