SAP FI/CO Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Manager to join its finance consulting team in Bangkok. You will help clients transform their finance functions by leveraging SAP S/4HANA and FI/CO solutions, driving business‑process improvement and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, multi‑site SAP S/4HANA FI/CO implementation projects.
• Conduct business needs analysis, identify improvement opportunities and define the future‑state (“To‑Be”) processes.
• Co‑develop deployment strategies, road‑maps and performance measurement frameworks.
• Execute deployment activities, monitor results and ensure achievement of client objectives.
• Support pursuit teams in tendering, proposal development and winning new work.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Analyse complex proposals, synthesize stakeholder input and deliver clear recommendations.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and address sub‑standard work.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA finance implementations.
• Strong business‑process improvement and change‑management skills.
• Ability to work with senior client stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication and coaching abilities.
