School Accounts Officer

About the role

The School Accounts Officer will join the founding team of a new BTS‑accessible international school rooted in Buddhist wisdom. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the financial infrastructure of the school.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and cash handling.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations and school‑specific financial policies.
• Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting or financial administration, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a small team.
• Good command of English; Thai language skills are a plus.
