SEA Region Marketing Leader – Consumer

About the role

3M is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive the consumer portfolio across Southeast Asia. The role will shape regional strategy, launch new products and ensure consistent brand positioning in fast‑growing markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SEA regional marketing strategy aligned with global and country commercial priorities.
• Identify market opportunities, growth drivers and competitive threats, and lead annual strategic planning.
• Define portfolio strategy, manage product lifecycle, and lead successful product launches and indication expansions.
• Gather customer and market insights through research, feedback and analytics to inform marketing programs.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve commercial effectiveness, monitor KPIs and optimise marketing ROI.
• Lead, coach and build capabilities of country marketing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, prioritize investments and track financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive marketing and commercial leadership experience.
• Proven success in strategic marketing, portfolio management and product launches.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed and multicultural organisations.
• Strong analytical, financial and customer‑centric mindset.
