Senior Account Executive – Private Equity & M&A

About the role

Marsh’s Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions (PEMA) Practice in Thailand is looking for a Senior Account Executive to advise lenders, corporate clients and M&A participants on risk and insurance solutions throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with lenders, financial sponsors, corporates, law firms and other advisors.
• Analyse client transactions to identify risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions, including warranty, indemnity, tax liability and contingent liability cover.
• Collaborate with Power & Energy and Commercial practice teams to review project information and support financing transactions.
• Lead policy and coverage negotiations to align with clients’ commercial objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex accounts, managing day‑to‑day communications.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, preferably with infrastructure exposure.
• Proven ability to develop client strategies and negotiate terms.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet time‑sensitive deadlines.
