Senior Analyst, App Marketing (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda's Performance Marketing Team, which is described as a world leader in online marketing and highly data-driven, is hiring a Senior Analyst for app marketing in Bangkok. The team builds at-scale marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value, and the role sits within a group of analyst positions across different marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with and optimize ads and campaign structures, including bidding and pricing strategies on partners such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago
• Analyze large volumes of experiment data, build predictive models with data science techniques and work with product teams on implementation roadmaps
• Build dashboards to track performance, derive insights and present recommendations to stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, business or science
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally from consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy/business role at a fast-growing global tech company
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to act quickly on objective data evidence
• Ownership mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently

Required skills

• Data analysis packages or databases such as SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Python or VBA
• Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Nice to have: digital marketing or e-commerce experience, A/B testing experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills
