Senior Analyst – Pricing Optimization (Bangkok, Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead pricing optimization initiatives for its performance marketing team. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will work closely with product and marketing teams to drive data‑driven pricing strategies that enhance customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on pricing strategies across traffic segments, adapting to new product features and scaling successful tests.
• Analyze large datasets from experiments, develop predictive models to understand demand elasticity, and collaborate with product teams on implementation roadmaps.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track performance, extract insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations through clear presentations and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a science field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing global environment.
