Senior Associate – Deals & Valuations

About the role

PwC’s Deals team in Bangkok is seeking a Senior Associate to support valuation work for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions. You will work closely with transaction, tax and advisory professionals to deliver high‑quality analysis that helps clients make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models and projections from raw data.
• Derive business or share valuations using multiple methodologies.
• Support the Transaction team with equity and enterprise valuation advice.
• Assist in purchase price allocation and intangible‑asset valuation.
• Conduct market‑research activities and incorporate findings into reports.
• Prepare and present internal and external written reports and meeting materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of experience building financial or valuation models.
• Strong knowledge of valuation principles, including discounted cash‑flow analysis; purchase‑price allocation experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical ability and understanding of key business drivers.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• CFA candidates will be given priority.
