Senior Business Strategy Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Business Strategy Analyst to join its Strategy & Analytics team in Bangkok. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross‑functional partners to drive growth for Strategic Partnerships across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and financial analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas.
• Leverage data tools to evaluate Strategic Partnerships performance and recommend improvement levers.
• Lead cross‑functional projects with B2B, White Label, Affiliates, product, marketing, supply and finance teams.
• Maintain and optimise the department’s performance management system for a large team of account managers.
• Oversee data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of strategic data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business strategy, analytics or related fields, preferably within the travel or e‑commerce sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across diverse teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangkok; relocation support will be provided.

Required skills

• Data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar).
• Experience with performance‑management frameworks and KPI tracking.
