Senior Data Scientist – Supply Analytics

About the role

Agoda’s Supply Analytics team is looking for a senior data scientist to drive data‑driven insights that optimise the company’s supply ecosystem. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, you will work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to shape strategic decisions and improve inventory quality.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business briefs into analytical projects, refine questions and develop hypotheses.
• Extract and analyse data from large‑scale data warehouses to produce statistically robust insights.
• Identify growth opportunities within the supply side and propose data‑backed recommendations.
• Design and implement forecasting models, experiments and scalable dashboards.
• Lead initiatives that enhance the way the Supply organisation leverages data and insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior analyst or data scientist in a fast‑paced, data‑centric environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse business audiences.
• Self‑starter attitude, comfortable working independently and influencing cross‑functional teams.
