Senior Executive, Investor Relations

About the role

Thai AirAsia is hiring a full-time Senior Executive for its Investor Relations department, based at Don Mueang International Airport. The role turns operational and commercial data into actionable insights and executive dashboards, then uses those findings to build strategic narratives and competitive benchmarks for investors. It is presented as the immediate next step before moving into a Manager / Assistant Manager of Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy or a PMO Lead position.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic PMO and project execution: help plan, set timelines and track the progress of critical strategic projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, resolve issues and evaluate outcomes to make recommendations.
• Data analytics and business intelligence: collect and analyse commercial data such as sales, profit margins and campaign effectiveness, and competitor strategies; analyse operational data and back-office processes to find efficiency improvements and cost reductions; design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports so the strategy team and management can monitor KPIs.
• Investor relations support: turn analytical results into strategic content for investor presentations, compare the company's performance against analyst estimates and industry competitors, and assist and coordinate IR activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science or another field requiring quantitative and analytical skills.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategy, PMO, data analysis or corporate finance / IR operations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong document preparation, data summarisation and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen, clear communication across teams and ability to manage high-pressure priorities.

Required skills

• Strong Google Suite skills.
• Practical experience with AI tools to boost productivity and content creation.
• Basic financial literacy for IR contexts.
