Senior Insights Analyst – Strategic Partnerships (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Insights Analyst to join the Strategy & Analytics team within Strategic Partnerships. Based in Bangkok with a hybrid schedule, you will help identify growth opportunities across APAC and drive data‑led improvements for our partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analyses to uncover growth opportunities and prioritize investments in the APAC region.
• Leverage data tools to evaluate partnership performance and recommend actionable levers.
• Collaborate with internal B2B, White Label, Affiliate, and financial institution teams as well as product, marketing, supply and finance functions.
• Maintain and optimise the department’s performance management system for a large team of account managers.
• Oversee data infrastructure to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness, and manage related analytical tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis and strategic insight generation.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with APAC market dynamics and partnership models.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence decisions.
