Senior Marketing Strategy Analyst / Associate Manager (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a senior‑level analyst or associate manager to drive data‑driven marketing strategy from its Bangkok office. You will work with a highly quantitative, cross‑functional team to design, test, and scale marketing programs that increase customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad‑campaign structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, build predictive models (e.g., TV campaign impact, pricing elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation.
• Create and maintain dashboards, extract insights, identify growth levers and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business roles at a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to make fast, evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Experience using visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
