Senior Marketing Strategy Analyst / Associate Manager

About the role

Agoda is looking for a data‑driven Senior Analyst / Associate Manager to shape its marketing strategy from our Bangkok office. You will work at the intersection of analytics, experimentation and product, helping to improve the lifetime value of our customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad and campaign structures across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to quantify the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns, pricing changes and demand elasticity.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface insights and inform growth levers.
• Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business roles at a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to make fast, evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA and SQL.
• Experience using visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
