Senior Network Engineer

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment, modernization and operational support of its global network infrastructure across enterprise sites, engineering labs, manufacturing facilities and data centers. The role provides technical leadership for Juniper networking, Aruba wireless, Palo Alto security, Fortinet and SD-WAN initiatives, and requires strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support global WAN, LAN, WLAN, data center and network security infrastructures.
• Lead network modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, EVPN-VXLAN, firewall transformation and wireless upgrades.
• Architect and operate solutions on Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto and Fortinet platforms, and develop roadmaps, standards, procedures and security guidelines.
• Lead infrastructure projects, vendor engagements, capacity planning, budgeting and lifecycle management.
• Partner with business leaders, security teams, manufacturing stakeholders and application teams, mentor engineers and run architecture reviews and workshops.
• Set up monitoring, alerting, incident response and escalation procedures, lead root cause analysis and promote automation and standardization.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering and architecture.
• Expert knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, security and data center technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto and Fortinet platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale global enterprise, manufacturing and engineering environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project planning and mentoring skills; able to work across cultures and time zones.
• Willingness to travel about 10% of the time; shift type is first shift/days.
