Senior Program Manager – Experiential Learning

About the role

JUMP! Foundation is looking for a passionate Senior Program Manager to lead its experiential and leadership programs. Based in Bangkok, you will split time between the headquarters and field locations, overseeing program design, logistics, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program management, ensuring learning objectives, finance oversight, stakeholder communication and impact assessment.
• Design participant onboarding processes and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop systems to streamline operations, support site visits and monitor financial goals.
• Collaborate on curriculum design, integrating research and trends, and customize program resources.
• Mentor and train Contract Program Managers and support facilitator training.
• Assist partnership development, program expansion and revenue generation.
• Address emergent needs aligned with new strategic directions.
• Demonstrate conscious leadership with care, compassion and high professional standards.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and passionate about experiential learning.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs across office and field environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in mentorship, training and capacity building.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary (THB 1,020,000 – 1,152,000 per year) plus performance‑based variable up to 20%.
• Two‑year fixed‑term contract with extension based on performance.
