About the role

The Senior Service & Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of EV charging infrastructure. This on‑site role requires a proactive, hands‑on approach to troubleshoot and improve service quality.

Key responsibilities

Lead and execute root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve complex technical issues related to EV chargers and associated systems.
Provide on‑site service and maintenance for EV charging infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Identify and implement initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement of charging solutions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of electric vehicle (EV) systems and battery technology.
Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to lead quality‑improvement initiatives.
