Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant

About the role

PwC’s People & Organisation consulting practice is seeking a Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant to lead high‑impact HR projects for clients in the Bangkok market. You will work within a high‑performing team, collaborating across the firm to deliver change, design, and analytics solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define, structure and implement improvements to HR operations and overall business impact.
• Review HR processes, structures and technologies, leveraging data and analytics for alignment.
• Maximise organisational and HR performance while fostering a value‑focused culture.
• Assess, design and implement operating models aligned with client strategic objectives.
• Drive change enablement as part of large transformation programmes.
• Manage project teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and achievement of outcomes.
• Support the sales cycle, practice development and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants.

Required profile

• 8‑9 years of relevant experience in the human capital domain.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities in complex, dynamic environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience managing, coaching and mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Collaborative mindset within diverse, inclusive teams.
• Independent project leadership and ability to handle large work streams.
• Broad knowledge of HR capabilities such as transformation, change management, leadership, organisational design and people analytics.
• Effective multitasking and prioritisation.
