SEO Technical Developer (Urgent)

About the role

As an SEO Technical Developer you will be the engine room of ADCHARIYA, turning technical audits into real performance gains for SME clients. You will focus on site architecture, code quality, and speed to help keywords rank against global competitors.

Key responsibilities

• Technical implementation: fix audit findings, optimise themes, plugins and custom code across multiple CMS platforms.
• Performance optimisation: own Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed, optimise images, minify scripts and manage caching.
• Architecture & crawlability: manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags and internal linking structures.
• Advanced schema: implement complex Structured Data to win rich snippets and AI search citations.
• AI search readiness: ensure site rendering is optimised for LLM scrapers such as ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• CMS management: lead WordPress security, version updates and troubleshoot broken pages.
• Collaboration: work with SEO specialists to translate high‑level strategies into technical requirements.

Required profile

• Hybrid thinker: see both code (HTML/PHP/CSS) and ranking potential.
• Problem solver: investigate and resolve indexing issues until the cause is identified.
• Efficiency‑focused: build lean, high‑performing sites without unnecessary plugin bloat.

Required skills

• WordPress ecosystem (Elementor, Oxygen, Bricks, Yoast/RankMath, WP Rocket).
• HTML, CSS, basic PHP and JavaScript.
• Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Lighthouse, Ahrefs.
• Server/hosting management basics (Cloudways, SiteGround, DNS settings).
