About the role

We are looking for a Service Support Assistant to join our team on a six‑month temporary contract. Based on‑site in Bang Na, Bangkok, you will manage production documentation, maintain service records, and handle customer units to support our service operations. The role is essential for ensuring accurate documentation and timely assistance to customers. This position reports to the service manager and works closely with production staff. You will be responsible for updating files, tracking service history, and coordinating unit returns.
