Social Auditor

About the role

Bureau Veritas is looking for a Social Auditor to join its Bangkok team. The role supports the company’s purpose of shaping a world of trust by ensuring compliance with social accountability and labour standards for clients across Thailand. You will work closely with management, suppliers and clients to deliver high‑quality audits and contribute to the company’s impact on society.

Required profile

• Thai citizen with native Thai language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Safety, Environment or a related field.
• Knowledge of Thailand labour law and labour protection regulations.
• At least four years of full‑time experience in HR, EHS, manufacturing, science or engineering, with a minimum of two years of auditing experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize client requests, plan audits, and adapt communication to different situations.
• Strong planning, organisational and time‑management skills, with the capacity to work independently and coordinate multiple activities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and solid computer literacy.
• Own car for travel to client sites.
