Spare Parts Staff – Logistics & Warehouse

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s smart factory in Pluak Daeng as a Spare Parts Staff member. You will support the warehouse and logistics operations for indirect material parts, ensuring smooth receipt, issue, and storage of spare components for automotive production.

Key responsibilities

• Receive indirect material parts from suppliers and record them in the MAZE area.
• Issue parts from the MAZE area to internal users or requesters.
• Develop and implement storage optimisation solutions within the Warehouse and KARDEX system.
• Follow up supplier inspection reports and final drawings for spare parts.
• Coordinate with technicians to manage and store repair parts.
• Handle scrap of spare parts and manage hazardous material rooms.
• Control storage bins using SAP.
• Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Vocational Certificate or higher in business administration, logistics or a related field.
• Basic English proficiency for data entry in Excel and SAP.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.
• Good communication, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related logistics or warehouse role.
