Strategic Project Manager – B2B Partnerships & Automation

About the role

As a Strategic Project Manager in the B2B Partnerships & Automation team, you will lead high‑impact initiatives that improve customer and partner experiences across Agoda. You will work closely with senior executives to plan, execute, and monitor projects that drive efficiency, automation, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee strategic projects, ensuring initiatives move the dial, are executed on time and exceed expectations.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating across multiple teams and departments.
• Monitor project progress, proactively address risks and challenges, and align with business objectives.
• Support development and deployment of tools and processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
• Act as central point of contact between departments and commercial functions, including other Booking Holdings brands.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, keeping stakeholders informed throughout project lifecycles.
• Track, analyze, and guide team performance against key metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights.
• Compile reports for senior leadership to showcase progress, challenges, and outcomes of key initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or a tech company as a project/program manager.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of successful cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate strategic initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive business growth.
• Fast learner with ability to understand new business dynamics.
