Strategy and Operations Consultant – Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s digital transformation practice within the productivity team as a Strategy and Operations Consultant – Associate. You will help financial services clients optimise their end‑to‑end operations, turning them into sources of competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and redesign front‑to‑back office processes, including business analysis, process review and optimisation.
• Lead transformational change programmes such as core banking implementations, digital integration and cost optimisation.
• Establish shared services centres and outsourcing functions.
• Support technology and digital solutions, including RPA, FinTech, blockchain, machine learning and IoT.
• Collaborate with engagement teams, managers and client representatives to deliver projects and act as the daily contact point for clients.

Required profile

• Good understanding of financial services operations trends and FinTech technologies.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate client objectives into deliverable designs and develop solutions for complex situations.
• Knowledge of strategic business drivers, regulatory constraints and operational processes in financial services.
• Experience defining strategy, building business cases and designing target operating models.
• Strong presentation and group facilitation abilities.
