About the role

Join PwC’s Strategy & Operations practice in Bangkok as a Manager focused on Programme Management. You will help clients balance long‑term strategy with short‑term execution, optimise project portfolios and drive value from agile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations aligned with corporate strategy.
• Guide clients in optimising project and programme performance, including crisis response and agile delivery.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Use data and insights to support decision‑making and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards in all engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, programme or project portfolio management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and problem‑solving abilities.
