Supervisor - Fulfillment (Inbound)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Lead/Supervisor to manage inbound operations in our warehouse, overseeing receiving, checking and put‑away of goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and meeting customer SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, checking, and put‑away activities
• Ensure all inbound shipments are processed on time and correctly
• Coordinate with transport and relevant teams for smooth inbound flow
• Ensure stock is accurate in both physical and system (WMS)
• Investigate and resolve inbound discrepancies
• Support cycle count and stock‑take activities
• Assign daily tasks and manage manpower based on workload
• Train new staff and monitor team performance
• Identify issues in inbound process and suggest improvements
• Update WMS accurately and on time
• Work closely with Outbound, Inventory, and Customer Service teams
• Ensure team follows safety rules and maintains a clean environment

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• 3–5 years experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations
• 1–2 years experience in a supervisory role
• Thai speaking candidate
• Able to work 6 days a week and in shift if required
