About the role
Maersk is looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee fulfillment and logistics activities across various warehouse types in Thailand. The role involves managing inventory, warehouse and fulfilment processes while supporting the administrative stream that backs operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities across owned or operated facilities such as CFS, CY, inland depots and bonded warehouses.
- Provide skilled technical and administrative support to colleagues, ensuring smooth execution of routine tasks and escalation of non‑routine issues.
- Apply standard operating procedures independently while having the authority to deviate when necessary to resolve problems.
Required profile
- Limited prior job and business knowledge; entry‑level experience in logistics or related operational roles.
- Ability to work under supervision, exercise independent judgment within defined guidelines, and follow standardized work routines.
- Willingness to learn on the job and develop skills through training and practical experience.
