Supply Analytics Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Supply Analytics Analyst based in Bangkok to join its Supply Analytics team. You will work directly with partners on the ground, translate business briefs into analytical projects, and help shape Agoda’s supply strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refine hypotheses and storyboard outputs.
• Use and analyze data from large‑scale warehouses, delivering statistically strong analysis to business stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities within supply and drive new analytical initiatives.
• Lead projects that scale the use of data, insights and intelligence across the Supply organization.
• Automate manual processes and report time‑savings from operational modernization.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience as an analyst in analytics, data science, insights, strategy or BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL.
• Data visualization with Tableau (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and Python (or R).
• Statistical modelling knowledge (hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, random forest, etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing and delivering data‑driven business recommendations.
