เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่ง
รับผิดชอบกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรแบบ End-to-End ทั้งในคลินิกและสำนักงานใหญ่ พร้อมใช้ AI Tools เพื่อยกระดับ Employer Branding และ Candidate Experience.
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหา ตั้งแต่คัดเลือก สัมภาษณ์ จนถึง Onboarding
- สร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้ผู้สมัครและพัฒนากระบวนการสรรหาให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- ทำงานวันจันทร์‑ศุกร์ เวลาเต็มวัน
- มีความเข้าใจการสรรหาแบบ End-to-End ทั้งในคลินิกและสำนักงาน
ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- การใช้ AI Tools ในกระบวนการสรรหา
