Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK scales globally. This hands‑on recruitment role involves managing multiple hiring priorities and partnering closely with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned roles across various functions and locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
• Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Japanese) are a plus.
