Talent Attraction and Acquisition Associate

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Associate to lead workforce staffing and employer branding initiatives. The role focuses on building strong relationships with current and prospective customers while collaborating with internal leaders to meet manpower needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including talent sourcing, job advertising, applicant screening, interviewing, and offer generation.
• Enhance candidate experience and oversee onboarding impressions for new hires.
• Partner with business leaders to define manpower requirements, develop employer branding strategies, and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Provide market insights on talent landscape, labor trends, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, retail, or manufacturing recruitment.
• Experience recruiting blue‑collar talent.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and the local language.
• Independent decision‑maker with strong analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday or similar people‑management software.
