Talent & Development Intern – HR Data Management

About the role

The Talent & Development Intern will support the HR team by structuring and maintaining data systems that power our contractor network. You will turn raw information into organized, actionable data, enabling effective management, communication, and development of contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify contractor details in Airtable, ensuring data integrity.
• Assist in designing and optimizing Airtable bases, fields, and views for better usability.
• Upload courses, documents, and updates to the Heartbeat platform and reconcile data across systems.
• Standardize contractor scorecards and performance metrics, creating basic reporting dashboards.
• Support administrative tasks such as contractor onboarding, document collection, and data compliance.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or related program.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage recurring data tasks efficiently.
