Technical Service Channel Specialist

About the role

The Technical Service Channel Specialist will support service channel operations across SEA/APAC, coordinating with service providers and channel partners, managing installation base data, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. This role requires strong commercial awareness, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with service providers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to support service channel operations across SEA/APAC.
• Manage backend documentation, trackers, reports, and process records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support onboarding, renewals, and operational alignment with service providers and channel partners.
• Analyze calls data, ensure data accuracy, and produce regular reports.
• Conduct and support process training for internal teams, service providers, and channel partners.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for leadership reviews.
• Apply commercial understanding to support service channel planning and partner coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Service Operations, Commercial Operations, Vendor Management, or related functions.
• Experience working with service providers, vendors, distributors, or channel partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a regional and cross‑functional environment.
