Valuations Manager – Deal Advisory

About the role

The Valuations Manager will join PwC's Deals Transaction Services team in Bangkok, helping leading organisations maximise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital market transactions. You will provide data‑driven valuation insights that guide clients toward optimal deal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist directors in delivering valuation engagements for M&A, financial reporting and other purposes.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outputs.
• Develop and review financial models, including discounted cash flow and purchase price allocation analyses.
• Present valuation findings to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Coach junior staff on technical valuation techniques and industry knowledge.
• Support business development activities and contribute to internal initiatives such as digitalisation and industry specialisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of commercial, client‑facing valuation experience.
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle valuation engagements.
• Experience across multiple valuation purposes (M&A, financial reporting, etc.).
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Required skills

• Valuation methodologies and concepts.
• Financial modeling, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis.
• Purchase Price Allocation and Intangible Asset valuation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
