Visual Inspection Operator – MFW1.2

About the role

Join Bosch's first smart factory in Thailand as a Visual Inspection Operator for the MFW1.2 line. You will ensure that component parts and finished goods meet strict quality standards before they leave the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of components and finished goods according to PQI and Q‑alert standards for VHP/VNP models.
• Inspect finished‑goods packaging within cycle‑time requirements and verify correct labeling, KANBAN scanning, and part numbers.
• Conduct 100% laser‑mark inspection and prepare 10‑digit finish‑goods codes.
• Execute change‑over procedures using PQI check sheets.
• Handle assigned tasks such as sorting quality issues and re‑checking assembly quality.
• Maintain daily routines: machine check sheets, cleaning, weight‑scale setup, and 5S shop‑floor standards.

Required profile

• Secondary school education or higher.
• 1–2 years of production experience.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and quality mindset.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Required skills

• Use of magnifier for detailed visual inspection.
• Laser‑mark inspection handling.
• KANBAN scanning and labeling.
• Weight‑scale operation.
• 5S workplace organization.
