Account Specialist – Surgical (Lower North East)

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Account Specialist for its Surgical portfolio in the Lower North East territory (Bangkok – Chulalongkorn). You will promote intra‑ocular lenses, viscoelastic devices and other disposable surgical products, building long‑term relationships with ophthalmologists and acting as a trusted consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets within agreed budgets.
• Secure formulary acceptance and increase usage of promoted products across relevant accounts.
• Develop and execute account development and territory business plans for the Bangkok‑Chula area.
• Enhance clinical sales and marketing knowledge of both Alcon and competitor products.
• Stay current on the health‑care provision environment.
• Maintain and update sales tracking systems to maximise territory effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio‑Engineering, Medical Technology or a related scientific field.
• Minimum three years of experience in the medical‑device industry.
• Strong command of English and solid computer literacy.
• Proactive work ethic and willingness to work hard.
