Engineering Manufacturing Internship – Power Solutions

About the role

This internship supports the production of EV6 series at Bosch's smart factory in Thailand. You will be involved in start‑up preparation, standard operating procedures, ramp‑up activities and continuous improvement of manufacturing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in start‑up, SOP implementation, ramp‑up and monitoring of OEE, scrap, cycle time, productivity and machine breakdowns.
• Create and update Work Instructions, Production Quality Instructions and training materials for production associates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet production volume and SQCD targets.
• Participate in shop‑floor production meetings and support assigned tasks.
• Help prepare for internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Support the supervisor with various operational tasks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields).
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Leadership, problem‑solving, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Availability for a minimum 4‑month internship.
